Removal company quotes

Moving house in a couple of weeks and got 2 quotes, one from a 'man and van' type operation for £270. The other from a proper local company with insurance etc, they say £50 per hour and should take 6-7 hours at most, so no more than £350. He also offers to supply boxes in advance. They both know we have an upright piano to shift.
The man and van only gives a mobile number, no address and no surname, so I'm thinking safer to go with the other. But is his quote reasonable? I mean, it sounds OK to me, but moving house is something you don't do every day!

I think you have already made you mind up. Moving pianos is not a Man with van thing. It is a pro's job. If the man with van ain't insured and the piano or anything else is damaged, you have nothing to claim off. The difference is £80. I'm sure the piano is worth a lot more than that.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

My neighbour moved a few weeks ago,and they paid £60 PH, they had the boxes etc, and were very nice, so it seems that must be the average rate.0
