DLA Help

I was wondering wether its possible to fill in the application on behalf of someone else? My boyfriend applied and was told that he wasnt eligible a few years back yet i would like to see if hes able to get it this time round as hes reluctant to do so as he fears he'll just be told no again. Any help much appreciated, thanks!

You can complete the form for your BF and he can then sign it. From experience it usually better to either get someone from the local CAB office or any Disability advisors in your area to complete the form.
If you are going to complete the form, remember to explain as fully as possible exactly what BF problems are and how it affects him on a daily/weekly basis.
The forms are a nightmare to complete and that is why I would advise getting someone with experience to do it.

    Good Luck
