            She certainly doesn't have to agree to the buyer coming to the house and i would only refund if I thought i could get the same price again, bearing in mind the weather is getting warmer and Ebay starts to slow down....and give a cheque without postage.
Otherwise just say, sorry as stated I do not offer refunds....end of!Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0 -

            I would also tell them go away and resell it. You are not a shop or a business account on ebay so they have no come back. Personally i would take the neg that would come.0

the item ISNT FAULTY
they've received the item so the posage service has been served
its not the sellers fault they didnt think the item was what they originally thought it was. If the item was porperly described and included photo's then its the buyers mistake not the sellers0
