Selling a Spanish property, advice on private sale websites

I've got a spanish house which I intend to put on the market and like the UK, the Spanish market is slow.

I'd like to advertise on the internet, happy to pay but wondered if anyone had any advice on good websites.

    average time to sell is about 18 months on the costa..with a 30 % reduction in prices
    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    Yes, unless it is realistically priced to sell, your going to struggle.

    One reason we bought in countries other than Spain was we felt even 3 years ago it was way over priced with far too much rental competition.
