BT grrrr

money probs last year, caused BT line to be disconnected- paid that off, and also a £60 deposit for reconnect.. not had any bill / reminder / email since then, so had put money aside.. this weekend my home internet connection wouldnt work, nor any calls to BT - line apparantly cut off AGAIN, cos (they say) new bill wasnt paid..

how on earth can i pay a bill that i didnt get? checking the online a/c only brings up the old bills (paid in full), nothing new..

currently waiting a callback from a 'manager', but dont hold out much hope.., after being put on hold countless times, transferred seemingly to everyone in the firm, AND getting cutoff mid discussion, so you have to start all over ..
