No, I'm not offering it
but if anyone has any tips on how I can raise some money before I go to Uni this year (February entry) it would be a great help!
Obviously I'll be working overtime, but things like these "cashback websites"... are they safe or just a con?
And how can I claim tax back? (I know they owe me something!)

Claiming tax back - write to the inland revenue and ask for it back - sending evidence that you have been taxed (for example an end-of year certificate P46, P46 "replacement" or P45 if you have finished with that employer - you must send the originals not copies, although I do photocopy them before I send them and keep the photocopy).
You should note that you can only claim back from the previous tax year or before, so now you can claim back anything you are owed from before April 2008. Anything you have been deducted from April 2008 can be claimed back in April 2009.:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
Some cashback sites are ok like quidco and topcashback and you can make quite a bit out of them. Also get a summer job somewhere - if you want to work at uni find shops that have stores near your uni and home so you can transfer and find it easier to get a job at uni as well0
