Spoiled Brat Missing Item No Response, Help Needed Please!

I purchased a number of items from the website spoiled brat .co.uk.
One item didnt turn up, no explanation, but i was charged for it!
I have called and had to leave messages on an answerphone with the promise of a response in 24 hours, and nothing, and also emailed a nothing!
i purchased these online on my maestro, am i protected against this?
I just dont know what to do next apart from spread the bad press about them!

    though id have a nose on there site, i can not believe some of the stuff they sell. came across a babys vest saying "i'm the result of a broken condom" what kind of a parent would let thier child wear such a thing.

    Have i missed something?

    I wouldnt put my daughter in anything saying that quote but some of the less harsh ones are ok

    Normally you only have protection if you paid on a credit card, I know Halifax and HSBC dont usually open disputes for transactions for items not received on debit cards

    I just wouldn't spend that sort of money on one item of clothing for me, let alone for a child who will grow out of it soon enough or wreck it.
