Quidco - A & L Direct

Opened 2 (self & OH) Direct Saver Accounts in December. There was supposed to be an incentive payment of £20ea. via Quidco.
So far 1 account has been tracked but not validated - since January. Other account was validated in early March but now appears dormant as presumably A&L haven't paid across to Quidco (nb both accounts opened within 5 minutes of each other....cleared cookies etc etc).
Both transactions appear stuck but have estimated payment dates for April.
Anyone getting similar slow responses on A & L 'deals'. If not, what's my next action to get things moving?
