I bought an item from this company worth nearly £70. I returned it in line with their free refunds policy, but recieved no refund. I've obviously been trying to get in touch with them, but they seem to have disappeared... There's no answer on the phone, they are not responding to e-mails and although the website still exists, it's not possible to make new purchases through it (not that i'd want to!).
Any ideas?
How do i find out if they're still out there, and what can i do if they have ceased trading?

Edit: Companies House shows that they are in liquidation.
