Bank Charges

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hi Guys

I have sent requests to my bank asking for full refunds of all bank charges and went through each step on this site. They sent me back a letter saying that as it was going to court all proceedings were being suspended. Am i correct in thinking now that the people have won and now they should be paying out ?
If so is there a templete letter i can use ?

    Hi,
    I think what has happened, is that the courts have decided that the OFT may proceed with taking the banks to court. And there may be a case to answer, but it's now got to go for a proper court case. (happy to be corrected if wrong.)

    Not that the case has been won (yet!)
