Name Change Deed for Adult & Child or Family

hi,

after searching the net i realised that changing name can be very simple & free. there are companies charging £30 for 1 adult or £15 for copy of deed.

i need to know if it is better to pay for this service or can i find the deed here.

there are 7 persons in my family inc. adult & children. will i need seperate deeds for Adult/Child or one for the whole family.

thanks

each person will need their own one and it will need to be witnessed - also depending where you want to use it ie banks etc they may insist it is witnessed by solicitor ,
I am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.
