Homecare 400

I have got homecare 400 with british gas. Any plumbing job has to be done by dynorod & I find them difficult to deal with whereas BG engineers are much nicer and will do a bit extra. I wonder when I phone whether I could request them not to send me a particular plumber. I had the same young plumber twice and both times he said he could not carry the job because the toilet cistern is not fixed securely on the wall. He only had to remove the cistern to the job, previously one his colleague did the same job without any fuss but did tell to fix it securely on the wall. The problem is the screws keep coming loose. My husband told me I cannot say I do not want a certain plumber. I will get what they send. Is he correct? Thanks

Dynorod refused to fix our leaky cistern because of crack in toilet - and says if we get it replaced they will not be liable for another year. This was through BG too - he gave us a half hour lecture on how to wipe your bum!!!!
