help - skimming a room

Hi,

Just finished strippin wallpaper off our room.
Three walls and bay window wall would either need skimming or linining p.

How much to skim the three walls?

On one of them, the spark that wired our house did not bury the conduit deep enough so there is a 5cm white line showing as the layer of skim used to cover the chase melted in that point. I am hoping that a 2mm 3mm skim will be ok to cover it. You can just about see it.

I'm in manchester.

Thnks

In Essex about 300. Lining may be a bit cheaper but you are only putting off the inevitable. Plaster is a much nicer finish.

Price approximately 200/250 for three rooms of average size room 15X12 ish depending on where you are in the country of course. and providing there is no other work involved i.e patching etc.
