E-Mailing 18866

I have had cause to e-mail 18866 on a number of occassions recently and they dont bother to reply.I know they were bad but they seem to be getting worse.Is anybody else having the same problem? Now that they got lot of good publicity in the recent Which report, are they getting to big for their boots?

I notice that if you go to there site https://www.call18866.co.uk and look up under Any Questions,(How much will i be charged for my calls) they now imply that BT and Onetel make a connection charge.Misleading to say the least.

I have had a reply to an e-mail before. It took a while. It may depend on the question you've asked.

One of the questions i asked was they did bother to mail us, and tell us of the recent price increase!!!

They know they were in the wrong which is why they probably haven't emailed you back!

They eplied to e after a couple of days when I emailed them.

Strange you have had poor service by e-mail. I have had reason to ask questions three times with various queries, and each time they have replied within 24 hours.
