Feedback can't really be hijacked, what can occur is that someone can bid on an auction with no intention of paying and leave bad feedback.
There has also been incidences where new sellers have panicked when they haven't heard from a buyer in a few days and leave negative feedback thinking they can go back and change it to positive later.

Yep I did that straight away. He registered the same day he used BIN to buy my item and has never even bid on another item. That's why I think I was targetted.
