Is it open or not?

Options
A mate has opened an isa with abbey, but is very unimpressed so far with customer service and the delay in fully opening. He has deposited NO MONEY.

Is he in his rights to open another isa elsewhere and effectively forget about the abbey one. Like I said, he hasn't put any money in it yet.

Am I right in telling him, he can open a new one and forget about the abbey?
Should he close the abbey one?

thanks
One day I'll be rich me tells ya.....rich.....hahaha:D

I can't see there being any problem. Can't see him being the only one to get bored with Abbey's antics and walk away. It gets even worse once Abbey have your money and you try to move or close an account.
