Popped into Tesco to pick up a loaf, came away with a free Dyson 07 Allergy - worth £249, with 2 shelf labels saying £179.

Ironically I didn't notice until I got to the car I'd been overcharged for the bread too! Finest multigrain loaf, shelf 85p, price 89p.

Back to CS, no problem.

A very pleasant shopping trip!

Went into local tesco last night and bought 2 bags of McCains crincle cut chips, they have 2 for £3 on the bag, but when I got to the till it didnt discount down the price, went to the customer services desk and told them, the woman gave me my £3.98 back and also said the chips are free for the price mistate. Now I wonder if you can do this on most things at tesco.

Original Price: £1.99 per bag!

I was really pleased and I hope all have this deal I got.

Misprice because chart poster was for w/c 26/12 but store had not received a new one this week. Full refund with no problems.

Also i was behind someone in Tesco Fleets bridge who had been overcharged

for Actimel 8pack. Shouldve been 2 for £4 but was charged £4.68 i think.

SEL removed there and then.

i was on a mission today:

At tesco East Disbury (manchester) I got The Prodigy-Their Law (scanned 8.97/poster 7.97) and Power Ballads 3cd (scanned 12.97/poster 8.97).
nice guy (Christopher) at CS tried to fob me off with the difference (£5!!) but i was having none of it! full refund given happily and posters removed.

At Tesco Baguley (Manchester also) I picked up Stone Roses greatest hits cd (scanned 8.97/stickered 6.97) and Uptown Girls DVD (scanned 5.47/stickered 4.97).
nice lady at CS took me to show her where i found them, and got entertainment asst to remove the stickers. full R&R given.

total saving of £36.38. i am a very happy young man.

i was charged 12.99 yesterday for whiskey but it was price marked at 9.99 on sel. i went back to tesco today (after finding this forum) but the sel was not there and tesco said this product was never priced at 9.99. where do i stand?? i told them i would be writing to head office. do i get a refund only if the sel is 9.99 when i return for a refund or do most cs assistants act in good faith???
