there will be screws around the side of the door panel and probably some hidden behing the door handle,look for covers that could be popped off with a screwdriver....work permit granted!0

Are you certain it isn't just a lack of lubrication on the guides? Try spraying silicone lubricant down the guides in the window frame.0

It wont be the motor
I had one which had the exact same problem on both windows in the 5 years i owned it0
