Paypal-payment unclaimed?

I won and paid for an item from ebay yesterday. Today when I went on to ebay, it says the payment is pending. I thought it was a bit strange as I'd used a credit card, so it couldn't be an echeque (I think!?).

When I checked in paypal it says the payment is unclaimed. Does anyone know what this is about? I'm wondering if its because its the first thing the seller has sold (no feedback at all). Its a tiny amount, so I'm not too worried, but I'm wondering if it could be a scam of sorts. Thanks

Check the payment has been sent to the correct email address. I had similar and had to cancel original payment and send again!!

Thanks-I'll check. I paid straight through ebay, so I imagine its right, but as I haven't received any other communiction from the seller so I'm not sure where to check.

It's a new seller so it might mean they don't have a premier paypal account. In which case they'll need to upgrade before they are able to accept your credit card payment.
