Macromedia Flash Player Help

Does anyone know why I am unable to downlaod Macromedia Flash player please. There is no gold bar showing at the top. i will be grateful for any advice.

From the Macromedia .com site but i've been trying for weeks be grateful of any help

Have you disabled your pop-up blocker?

Yes I've just tried that but no luck. Theres a red X in the corner don't know if it helps

In Internet Explorer, Tools - Internet options - Security tab. Change security level for Internet zone to Medium and reload the download page.

The internet security settings are on medium i've tried it again but no luck
