Terms and Conditions: Summer Festival Break
1.Promotion open to all residents of the UK, CI and IoM aged 18 years or over, except employees & their immediate families of Ginsters, its agencies, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2.Entries must be made through www.ginsters.com. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries. Ginsters are not responsible for computer failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay entry.
3. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Winners only will be notified within 4 days of the relevant promotion close date.
4. Prizes are: event tickets and hotels on an accommodation only basis. Transport and transfers are not included. Prizes are only valid on the actual date specified on the awarded tickets. The prizes will be delivered within 14 days of the receipt of promotion close date and no cash alternatives are available in whole or in part.
5. 'Family' is defined as two adults and two children.
6. Any passport, visa or travel insurance requirements will be the responsibility of the winners.

8. Ginsters reserve the right to amend elements of the prizes at any point.
