ANOTHER Paypal scam

I recently bought a DVD, ok so not expensive but still. The seller had about 50 positive feedback for selling so I thought I could trust them.
Anyway, myself and about 30 others didnt receive our items. I filed a paypal dispute and paypal settled it in my favour as the seller didnt respond to paypal. However, paypal are unable to recover anyones money as the seller has either closed their bank account, cancelled paypal DD from their account or cleared out their account :mad:

People think theyre safe paying with paypal but your not. Even sellers arent after reading the chargeback scam! If PayPal are a per case member they will be charged around £400 whether your case is upheld or not. If they are a subscription levy member then any complaints will bump their levy up next year.The man without a signature.0
