Of course it's a rarity, Pew Pew.
I have experienced it/seen it once in my entire life - when I was a student, a car (another Mini not surprisingly) was carried into the quadrangle of my hall of residence.0 -

Just come back from the local police station, the desk sarge thought it was quite amusing and saw my points but said i have to go down the court appeal road (The only option i have on the ticket to contest is a request for court hearing)
Not really sure if i want to waste my time on that and if i don't win, I'll end up paying costs too!
