    Well, I meant for online booking. It would cause too much queuing at ticket offices.

    Online all seem to use the same software so it wouldn't seem to be a difficult upgrade.

    Weel, having travelled I can confirm that the seating plans are EXACTLY as they were with Virgin.

    And my sodding 'table seat' (D60A) wasn't...
    I did manage to find a table seat anyway
