What's the best plan??

I am coming to the last few weeks of my contract with T-mobile on Flex-T 20. Although I haven't been to them directly about an upgrade, I have seen a really good offer on the internet for a phone I want at the price I want - again with T-mobile (I'd be quite surprised if T-mobile could match it to be honest).

Ideally I would like to keep my current number. I'd like to stay with T-mobile, because they suit my needs well, and I haven't had any complaints about them.

Can I take out a new contract deal (to get the phone), and have it alongside my existing contract, and then when the original contract finishes, port the number over to the new phone?

Or should I wait until the contract finishes, port it over to a PAYG, and then port it back to T-mobile when I take out the new contract?

Does that make sense? Thoughts on ........

Unless you have a big spend over your allowance, they're unlikely to better a new line deal. Watch out for the fact that current Flext plans do not give you free voicemail and have a minimum 1 minute 'charge' off your allowance.

You should look at 3's deals.
