SSP & NI credits

Sorry to keep posting but we have a few queries today
The husband has been on SSP for 6 months & has now got his P60, and noticed no NI contributions have been taken off at all . What is happeneing here ? Do you not pay NI when you're off sick ?

i dont think you pay NI if you earn less than x amount per week.
So maybe he was under the threshold!0 -

He may need to claim credits to keep his contribution record up to date. Have a look at.....
