Napster woes

Hi.
Having a problem with a particular track I downloaded from Napster, I got this particular track using one of the free codes from the Napster promotion in The Sun about a year ago. I emailed the Napster support about a week ago but haven't heard nothing, probably won't either
When I try to play the track in WMP 10, it tries to aquire the licence and I get the following message;
"License Acquisition page to upgrade to Premium"
The message is displayed in a dialog box with the title "License Acquisition".
Underneath the title is a button that says "sms.napster.com".
At the bottom of the dialog are two buttons, one is a "Play" button (greyed out) and the other is a "Cancel" button.
The track doesn't show up in Napster. At the time I was using two usernames on two different PC's, because you could only redeem one free voucher at a time on one PC. But the track doesn't show up on either username. Couldn't find a way to import it.
Any ideas?

The liscense that was associated with the file has expired. Sounds like napster are forcing you to upgrade.0
