Help!!!

this is my first time at doing this so please forgive if it ends up in the wrong place..
Right, last year I entered the forms to take Lloyds TSB bank to court, I recieved a letter from thier solicitors saying that without predjudice that they argree to pay out but they needed further details (details they already had ie bank account No, sort code, how I worked out the interest etc) this letter was dated 13 july 2007 so I was clearly fobbed off because they knew the case was coming! I replyed with the details they asked for and heard nothing else. now as they had made an offer which I replyed to surely I should of been paid out??? does anyone have any advise what I should do? Thank you.
