Affordable Accommodation in Whitby - 29.10.05

I am attending a wedding in Whitby on 29 October 2005 and am struggling to find any accommodation as it is a Goth weekend that particular weekend.

Does anyone own a guesthouse/hotel/B&B that has availability or does anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks.

We stayed in a lovely guesthouse in Whitby this summer. We had a big bedroom with a huge window looking out towards Goathland. Can't find the number (we have the builders in) but the name was Pottas, and I think it was called Union House. Try 192.com to get the business name and a contact telephone number. Its very clean and not far from the centre. The bathroom was featured in a Homes magazine, we stayed there last summer and it was 25 quid per person per night. Highly recommended. Also you could try Bramblewick, we've stayed there and it was lovely, and you get an en-suite which might be useful so you can get yourself ready for your wedding do! Anyway, have a good time!
:hello:  please play nicely children !
  • The wedding was in October 2005 and we found some accommodation in a village about 3 miles from Whitby ... I can't remember what it was called but I would highly recommend the B&B, good value and great accommodation.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Motorhome on the cliff top. Or is that just when I am there that they appear.

I'd stay outside the town as you'll have more luck.
