I always highly recommend that they go out and get slightly pizzled afterwards.
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Just the usual weekend housework for us today - with a special effort to tidy the spare room, as future MIL is coming for a few days next weekend - FIL died suddenly a few weeks ago so we thought she'd appreciate a change of scenery.
Actually the spare room will probably take the whole weekend! :rotfl::j Almost 2 stones gone! :j

Hi all, woken up feeling, err dunno, weird, washed out and tired but restless at the same time - I half feel like going back to bed and half like getting out and doing stuff
Got a few things I could do (housework, shopping etc, yawn) but nothing that can't wait..ho hum... might go and jump in the shower and see if that wakes me up...

My kettle has decided to suddenly stop working this morning as I was preparing my first cuppa of the day. Started to boil but then just stopped and it cant be the fuse as the red light is still on.
Had to boil a pan of water instead, soooo can't not have a cup of tea to start the day.
Will have to go out and buy a new one  Having said that we did get this one for free from my Mum.
Think I will sit and write out my menu plan for the next two weeks and then go food shopping.
I dont know why I look forward to weekends so much as I never seem to so anything exciting. *Louise sits and feels sorry for herself sighing loudly*.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I've got work this afternoon and supposed to be doing an AS party tonight but looking to get cover for it as am exhausted. Having trouble sleeping recently and thinking it's down to be doing too much. Got work this afternoon at argos but the most worrying thing is that I had a tax return drop on my mat this morning..:eek::eek: HELP!!!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

ok, the advice I would give I_A is to register online to file your tax return. I think they them post you a registration 'key' number (if they still do it the same)
when you get your P60 from Argos, that will have all the information you need on it for the amount earned in your salaried post, your employee number, amount of tax paid (if any).
For AS, total up the amount you earned up to 4 April and add up all your expenses.
It should be quite straight forward - it will be the employed part and the self employed part. The majority of the form you'll be able to ignore.
I hand wrote mine on the form last year and then did it online around October time.
Why are you not sleeping? is anything worrying you?"Stay Wonky":D

I think you have to do the first one by hand Karen, we did last year.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

you can register Gemmzie and do it all online - mine was my first last year also. It's a bit fiddly, you have to register and then they send you some kind of enrolment number but it's much easier as it calculates it all for you.
