Alliance and Leicester DD mandate

It appears that Alliance and Leicester are now facilitating its Online Saver Account customers with a DD mandate between the A&L account and nominated current account. This is in the guise of, 'to make your life easier we have provided you with Direct Debit link between your current account and your Online Saver Account. >:(
