I will cut this short as its a long story basically i brought a laptop for my daughter at xmas from curry's and 7 weeks ago it broke wouldnt start up at all normal safe mode etc etc phoned curry's a number of times was eventually promised discs but they didnt arrive so after 2 visits to the store they turned up straight from packard bell (netherlands).
Tried installing them and it failed after second disc so called them again and they arranged for a courier pick up i have had it back today and on repair sheet it says that its had hdd replaced and on turning it on have now got no wireless at all so does this mean they have wiped it off.
What do i do now so i simply take it back to store tomorrow and ask for full refund or can i put wireless back on myself.
Please help lol.

I suspect the wireless drivers are missing , go to the Laptop manufactures web site and look for drivers or try windows update and look under custom for hardware driversEx forum ambassador

how do you mean no "wireless at all", often its just a case of installing the drivers but usually a factory restore disk will do this.
Have you checked the wifi is switched on
Don't know this particular model but on my toshiba its a button on the front to swtch it off and on, sometimes its a key combination or a special system menuclick here to achieve nothing!0 -
