BMI Baby - Summer Flight Sale

Hi,
Just wanted to know if anyone knew what my rights are.
We are going on holiday in August with friends and family. We booked our flights through BMI Baby online about 6-7 weeks ago, and paid approx £900 for myself, my wife and our 2 sons. My 1 so turns 2 years old on the day we fly back so we had to pay full fare.
Now my friend has just had an e-mail from BMI Baby, saying that the flights have been moved back a day. This now means that my youngest son is under 2 years old (Am I entitled to a refund of the difference).
And to top it all off, just out of curiosity I inputed all of my details into the BMI Baby website again today, using the new dates that were given in the e-mail. Lo and behold the same flights now cost £567, with the same company.
Now don't get me wrong if it was a difference of a £50 or something it wouldn't have bothered me, but to be nearly £350 different is a rip off.
So is there anybody who knows how to go about dealing with this situation. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
Thanks

You should get a refund for the 1 year old - as they moved the flights not you. but as for the price difference - buyer beware! you thought it was a fair price when you paid it I presume? everyone knows the prices are 'fluid'0

Thanks for the reply, guessed I would get a refund for my 1 year old.
No I wasn't very happy paying £900 for flights to Palma, only paid it because our friends who we were going with kept saying to buy them now, otherwise they will get dearer in the future. Which obviously wasn't the case.
By them moving the flight back 1 day, would I be entitled to a full refund, as I will now have to look for accomodation for an extra night.
Thanks in advance0 -
I frequently use BMI Baby for trips to Amsterdam, and have found the prices go up and down. They do somtimes come down nearer the flying date as I assume they are not filling the flight.
Also the price can vary with the number of passengers you are booking. 1 or 2 seems to be the same for a particular flight, but 3+ can vary, and it is not because all the seats at a particular price have been booked. Our party proved this by booking 3x2, which was a good saving on 6 on one booking.0
