Need advice on best interest paying bank account

Hi all, I am a newbie here and this is my first post. Here I am, looking for some advice.
I want to deposit £15,000 into a bank account, and I'll be depositing at least another £500 a month from there on.
Which bank is offering the best interest rate, given my following requirements:
- Interest rate should apply to the whole amount (not just for the first £2,500 etc.)
- Having branch access is not essential, but would be nice to have
- Should be completely controllable via Internet (including money transfers to other bank accounts)
- Good telephone banking service
- Should have complete access to my money at anytime
- Shouldn't be forcing me to deposit my salaray every month, for that matter, no minimum deposit per month
- No cheque book required, but should be able to access my money using a Debit card
- No minimum balance
- No monthly charge
- No overdraft required
- No penalty for closing the account at any time
- Most importantly, I must get a monthly statement by post
It seems like Citibank Direct Current Account suits my requirements. But wondering if you can suggest any better options.
I know I have specified too many requirements, but believe me, I've done my research, but couldn't come up with anything conclusive, as there's so much information out there on the net. So, please bear with me, and I appreciate your comments.
