Company refusing to refund me for faulty shipping

I ordered goods from a company who uses Parcelforce for delivery. Parcelforce mucked up and sent the goods back to the company and charged them £14.98 which the company has taken out of my refund for the goods.
Parcelforce say that only senders can make claims.
The company (which I am very tempted to name) are refusing to claim from ParcelForce for the £14.98 saying that they want to 'draw a line under this matter' and that they have 'spent enough time on it'...
which means that I am paying £14.98 with no way of getting it back
What can I do??

"Finish each day And be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and Absurdities have crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can."

you#ll probably need to provide a bit more detail, faulty shipping?, circumstances, etcclick here to achieve nothing!0
-
and what method you paid by0

it is correct that PF will not deal with you. Their contract is with the sender not the receiver.
Your contract is with the sender, so you need to claim costs back from them.0 -
if paid by credit card then start there, failing that write to them - not email, not phone write. Clearly set out your case (as short as possible no he's said, she saids etc) and set out what you want, the timeframe you will be sticking to and what you will do if they don't do what you want (namely at the end of the day if you can be bother small claims court).0

But why did PF send the goods back, were you not in when they called ?0
-
You need to provide more information as above, why were the goods returned to the sender?0
