Not really sure ---but PLEASE stop writing every word with a capital letter as it makes it really really difficult to read0

I have had a similar experience with ebays 'Standard purchase protection'MEMBER02 wrote:Im Absolutely Fuming With Ebay,i Filed 2 Buyer Protection Claims In August,i Sent All Info Requested By Fax,and Signed The Emails They Send To Action The Claims,i Emailed Them 3 Times To Ask About Progress Of Claims And They Eventually Replied After 3rd Email, and Told Me They Have Not Received Anything From Me No Signed Email Forms And No Faxed Document About Proof Of Payment Ect.i Have My Fax Receipts Which State They Were Sent Ok,and The Number (0870)number They Were Faxed To,i Also Have Times And Dates In My Email Folder Regarding Email Requests.whats The Best Source Of Action To Take Now?im Thinking Of Taking To Consumer Advice To Deal With, does Anyone Else Know What Maybe Best Thing To Do.thanks
I filed a claim in Janurary '05, faxed them the paperwork off and waited for a response. I emailed them many times to no avail and eventually months later received an email from 'ebay fraud' saying they hadnt received my faxes and to send them again.
So i decided to post the info. to the address they gave in germany.
I have had an email from them last month saying they have passed my claim to 'accounts payable' and it may take up to 45 days for me to receive the payment to my bank.
I am still waiting, although the 45 days is a couple of weeks away yet.
 I've got my fingers crossed!
I think ebays SPPP claim procedure is a total shambles!

            I wouldn't hold your breath.
From memory, the T&C's impose a £15 charge and a £120 maximum claim.
I paid £21 for misrepresented goods. After proving my case, I waited 45 days to receive the princely sum of £6.0

Ive emailed customer support+replied to message they sent me about nothing received(got all proofs).
Iwill probably ask local consumer advice to pursue this matter, they may have more channels to go through than us fee paying peasants.
I was scammed for £112+£79,so well worth pursuing0

 I am GOB SMACKED!
I have just checked my bank account and it's beed credited with £105 from Ebay!!
I know its taken 9 months, but I got it in the end!
'MEMBER02' - If I were you, I would post all the info to Ebays address in germany and get proof of postage like i did. This seems to be a better option than spending money faxing all the time and it only cost me about 60p to post to Germany.
I am so glad this mess is all over for me! :j
And to any other ebayers starting a claim POST your info, DONT FAX!
