Advertising a flat to rent

hello.

wondering if i can pick peoples brains on how best to go about advertising a 1 bed flat i have to rent. im not looking to get letting agents involved etc so was wondering if there are any recommended site on the Internet that landlords use to advertise or any techniques people use not Internet related. The flat is in Nottingham.

Many thanks

I'll offer you 6 months rent up front. I'll send you a cheque which will cover the deposit, 6 months rent and £500 extra to cover my removal costs. Cash the cheque and my mate will pick up the removal money as cash from you on monday.

Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.
  • www.spareroom.co.uk allow you to list a flat. I paid the £7 for a week (this allows peopleto contact you for free).
under a week I found my lodger.
Lets get this straight. Say my house is worth £100K, it drops £20K and I complain but I should not complain when I actually pay £200K via a mortgage:rolleyes:
