it has not gone to a DCA yet it is still with Marbles i sent them a letter telling them i was having problems meeting my minimum payment and they sent me a letter with an income /expenditure form to complete asking for wage slips and copies of any secured loans .

That is an awful lot of information they are after give the national debtline a ring they will be able to help you over the phone. I used the template letters and budget sheet off their website and that was enough to offer small payments to all my creditors.

That was over two years ago all interest is suspended and no one has took me to court. Sometimes you have to show these companies you know your rights.
