Nus Card > Scotland

Up here I don't know if you even get an NUS card. Nobody I know has one anda they're all at different Universities and Colleges.

I go to England and more than half the time can't get a discount with my student card because its not NUS :/

    There are some NUS universities in Scotland, I'm sure. But most shops will just take a normal student card, I've never had any problems, and if you do just ask for the manager.

    You can check if your Uni Is a NUS uni or not..
    If it is you can get a NUS card (there are 3 types of NUS card)...

    Hiya,

    I'm at Abertay, Dundee and only get issued with the bog standard student card which gets me most of my student discounts everywhere.

    But, if you ask in the student centre about a NUS card and take in a photo they can arrange to get you the NUS card there (not the extra) and it's free so might be worth asking at your uni if they do it. It's not widely publicised at ours.
