don't bother looking - problem solved

I had a problem with my freeview box, but solved it by re-storing the channels. I couldn't, however, delete this thread.

    @Jimmy_g You do yourself great credit in fixing your own problems. Freeview is forever evolving. In general don't try and go up on your roof to fix an aerial as you will probably end up taking a bath if you are lucky. The newer terrestrial digital is caught in a contest with existing analogue transmission frequencies.

    You can't get rid of the analogue die hards if the existing analogue signals occupy frequencies that prevent digital signals from being received effectively.
