Cant login and havent been able to do so for the last wk.
Says that the service is unavailable- is this the same for others?

I also have quite a number of problems with logging in to A&L.

If I go to the logon screen, it sometimes says service is unavailable, but I retry, it just works second or third time.

If it does not, I close my internet browser, clear the temp files, cache and history, and open up and retry, and it usually works.

If this does not work, then I sometimes try a different browser (I normally use Opera, so try Internet Explorer).

If that does not work, I use my other PC.

Eventually, I can almost always logon, however, it really does iritate me just how sporadic the A&L internet banking is for me (perhaps some users can always logon first time everytime, but not me).

My advice would be to not just give up at the first go, as their service is not normally unavailable, it just must be a poorly designed website.

Hope that gives food for thought.
