Be prepared for a question on equal opportunities if it is a remotely politically correct kind of organisation.

Dare I ask how it went?
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

  • Aw..sadly he didn't get it..
Never mind..he has a couple more lined up for next week..and it has given him the confidence boost to try and get out of his horrid current job, so it's all good!
    thanks for asking!

Sorry to hear that. Still, the experience will be useful. Don't forget to ask for feedback from the company (might also be worth asking if they will keep his application on file in case of future vacancies).

    Good luck! :)

thanks guys..it's not so bad! just a bit dissapointing!
yes, he got feedback..he shone in the interview, and the grammar and word comprehension tests etc, but he had a formal etter writing test, which is where he went wrong..and as the job was writing letters on behalf of health ministers, this really messed things up for him!
they offered a clerical position, but thats a demotion from his current position so no good.
gfingers crossed for the future anyway.
