Hoping my fiance can come home!

18 months ago my fiance moved about 250 miles away to do a contract job that pays well to get us out of our debts and it has been really successful. His contract was due to end in June and we have heard today that they would like to extend it for another 6 months and there is a possibility of him working from home. It would be excellent and would save us about £500 a month on train tickets and his digs meaning that we get more benefit out of the contract work -

keeping my fingers crossed!
Thanks for the advice Martin! :money:

Thanks Gwen, it has been difficult. We decided last month that we could do another 6 months as that would give us our debt free date but if he moves home we'll have it sooner and we'll both be in the same place. Would be so good!

Thank you very much count rostov and curv.

We heard on Friday that they are letting him work from home! I'm so excited we were hoping that he would get 6 months extension but 6 months and working from home is better than we had wished for. In July he'll be home and our debt free journey will be easier as we'll be together. I've been smiling all weekend!
