Bath qualities

I know there are a number of "what bath" type queries on here but mine's a bit different.
The prices of shower baths obviously vary alot in quality and price from £250 to over £1000.
I live on my own and use the actual shower probably once or twice a week as I can shower at work or the gym.
So for the amount of use it's gonna get, is there really a problem with getting a cheaper thinner 4mm bath like THIS?
I see myself staying in the property for the next 4-5 years at least.

i fit a lot of quality bathrooms it looks ok in the picture but i would not expect quality at that price you get what you pay for with bathroom fitments.0

I wish I have read the post, just bought an Armitage Shanks bathroom suite for £460, the bath is 5mm acrylic. I wish I had bought something more expensive.0

Thanks people.
I realise you generally get what you pay for with things like this, it was just that with the amount of use it's gonna get, will there be much benefit of buying a £600 bath as opposed to a £300 bath?0 -

LOL, thanks for the heads up!
I had already heard all about the company, it was just being used as an example!0 -
Not a fan of acrylic tubs as they are creaky and in my opionion don't last as long. We picked up a brand new steel bath (I think its steel, but its definitely not the enamal ones) from a plumbers marchant for £111 + VAT. Much cheaper than buying from retail. I supplose if you plan to move in 4-5 years time an acrylic one will do.0
