Free Pontins holiday are back,

yeah we would be driving from bristol and are skint so couldnt justify the petrol to go elsewhere!!
i cant understand why wall park isnt available! look on pontins site and they deny all knowledge of it!!!!!!!! it dissapeared when pontins got bought out......but it is still open and trading as normal as pontins this year at least....but the only way i've seen to book it is through sun holidays so i'd hasve thought they'd be falling over themselves to include it!

we do usually go to resort unity farm down at brean, next door to the pontins down there nearly, so hoping its going to be just as good, fingers crossed lol

I just want to add that I've read some bad reviews about Pontins, although I have never been. Can anyone shed some light on what I can expect when I arrive at my budget accommodation in Camber Sands? Not fussed about the entertainment or activities, don't intend using them. But very interested in anybodies opinions of the accommodation in general

We went to Camber Sands on a cheapie break 2 years ago and had a basic apartment upstairs. The kitchen area was well equipped and very clean.
Table and chairs, sofabed and tv in lounge were okay.
Bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe and side table were fine.
Bathroom had shower, toilet and handbasin. Only problem was mildew on some tiles in the shower. We bought some of that Dettol mildew remover and that sorted the problem out. Also, there was no shower,bathmat so we bought a cheapie £1.00 job fro a Poundshop. Kept it to use on cheapie holidays again!
It wasn't a palace, but for nothing or for next to nothing, we were well pleased.

I dont want to seem like im lecturing, but please people remember these holiday are free, and maybe if you cant go ask on here if people would like them before sticking them on ebay, like people did last year, there are genuine people who have missed out on this years, and im sure the original poster put the thread on with the intention of getting these people a holiday instead of getting greedy people easy money

Was on hold for about 10 mins and got a Mon-Fri break at Prestatyn on July 7th. Hubby has just arranged the time off from work...
