 these holidays are great! i have just booked mine for hemsby on 7th june!
cant wait for haven to do this aswell. aparently they do it later in the year! dont mean to sound greedy (wanting more free holidays) but we go haven 3 times a year and would be lovely to get it cheaper. my autistic son loves these holiday camps and will not go any where else! i have not been on one of these free holidays before so i am really looking forward to it. does anyone know when haven do there's?
hope you all enjoy your holiday:j :T  !

I couldn't believe my husband last night, he looked on the website at the Pontins and saw the standard accomodation has 1 bedroom and said 'they wouldn't put us in one of those would they?' He actually thought all 4 of us would have to sleep in the twin beds, he didn't notice the pull out sofa in the living room...bless him :rotfl:

Thanks op. I told my sister about this as she hasn't had a holiday for years. She is going to ring. It is the usual story for me though. The school is very strict so no holidays in term time. It is a shame as I have been to Pontins before and we really liked it. Much smaller and friendlier than Butlins. And not so overwhelming and noisy either.

    what d'you mean, they're strict????

Firstly BY LAW you are allowed 10 days holiday per year
Secondly, take them off sick !!!!!!. The school can do nothing about it!

Kids are kids and education is NOT the be all and end all no matter how important.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy;)

haven did theirs in March last year. We went the week before it all officially opened. Had a lovely apartment right at the back overlooking the beach and cliffs. weather was quite nice for time of year too. can't see them doing any now the summer is approaching. Been looking out for them constantly but no show. That said easter was early this year so all the parks opened early.

Funnily enough, I won a £25 discount on their website in January and was thinking of using it against a paid holiday, just the day before I saw this thread!

All sold out now but they are offering an upgrade for £40 (plus £10 because I have 3 kids) which I was happy to accept. Still only works out £12.50 a night for 5 of us. Prestatyn here we come:D

    Thanks OP
