It's the kick it gives you when you replace the batteries that makes your eyes water. :rotfl:

I read somewhere that there's no point toning the muscles if you don't lose the fat because there will be toned muscles underneath that won't be seen if the fat around the stomach is still there.
    That's what I read somewhere though. :)

The fat is still there but you can pull it in a lot easier. ;)

Yes you do have to diet and exercise too if you want to see real results.

    Thanks. :)
I normally spend an hour or two on the dance mat three times a week (when I'm feeling okay anyway.lol.). I've heard it's great exercise to burn fat all over. Then I'd just need to tone a bit.lol.

I can feel that my muscles are sore after 3 days of using it now. Just going to aim for more fat burning at the gym now, as this will hopefully do the toning for me ;)

Indirectly you'll burn more energy. Your body constantly burns energy just to survive, and burns more as it needs to do things (running, breathing, digesting food, etc). While your muscles are twitching when using the Slendertone, they are burning more energy than they would at rest. So if you were to watch TV while wearing the Slendertone, you'd be burning off a little bit more energy than you normally would while watching TV.
There are other things to consider, but that's basically the answer. :D

However, you still won't lose weight unless you are burning off more energy than you are taking in (through food & drink).

At best you can view the Slendertone as a mini-workout: it can be useful, but won't on its own lead to weight loss.
    I have no signature.

I just discovered mines is broken, what a blow, I usually use it for a few weeks before I go on holiday. I think it,s great, I wonder if it would be cost effective to have it fixed? Think I,ll have a look at thier website see if that gives me any clues.
