I tried going to make a drink, but moving is a bit too much

Lady M-it does kind of tickle a bit.

    Rikki-do you find it works?

    Hi

The slendertone belt is fab. Keep it up. Use it regularly and keep uping the "charge". You'll have a flatter tummy by the time summer is really here. However, do not buy the hip and thigh pants they are rubbish. Having got such great results from the belt I bought this (£99:eek:) - I have never wasted so much money - totally impossible to use. The belt is great though.;)

    Do they work? .lol.

    For me yes.

You find that when you've been using it for a while you naturally and subconsciously pull your tummy muscles in.

Also if your tummy muscles are strong you naturally support your back and in turn walk taller.

:naughty: You want me to go and get it. That means I'll be tempted to put it on.

To be honest I've been to the gym today and I was thinking of using of any way tonight.

I had mine a few years. On the fourth set of pads so I'm not sure if they are still the same. Mine takes batteries.

I'll go and get it. Hang on...........
