WTC and income?? help please

hello all
I help my cousin, who has been assessed as having a moderate learning disabilty, with all aspects of his life. He works full time as a cleaner (nights) and brings home about £950 per month. Can I claim working tax credit for him as well? He pays his own mortgage and gets no other benefit apart from 2 elements of DLA at the lower level. He lives alone and has no dependents. He also recieves no help at all, so if anyone can think of anything I could apply for on his behalf, I would be very grateful. (anything at all, not just money)
manythanks

Is the £950 after tax? That would make his gross income approx £14500 a year?

Do you mean can he claim WTC? You can complete the forms for him, but you cannot claim it!

    That makes more sense!

If you have a look at www.entitledto.co.uk, it will give an estimate of any WTC that he may be entitled to. He may be entitled to a small amount by virtue of being in receipt of DLA (he would not be if he was not in receipt of DLA).
