My partner had a minor car accident. All being sorted out satifactorily. The thing that we're annoyed about is the number of times she's been rung by the insurance company's solictors asking if she was injured (presumably so they can pursue a claim for damages) It's got to the stage where they seem to be trying to persuade her that she is injured, even though she knows she isn't.
is this just sharp practice or can we complain ?

Have you tried asking them not to call again?
At least they are showing some interest.0 -

If you are unhappy with this ambulance chasing ( which is what it is) you can complain to the Solicitors regulatory Authority here; http://www.sra.org.uk/home.page0
